Train-the-Trainers

Description

Resilience in Practice is a three day intensive train-the-trainers course. We provide participants with a training manual as well as the materials (books, videos, handouts, slides) you will need to do training.

The course itself is designed for helping professionals who would like to teach their colleagues a strengths-based approach to prevention, education, and treatment. The style of the course is flexible. We do not present a script for trainers. Rather we offer basic resilience theory and applications, organized as a series of options for you to select from in planning your training. We encourage you to make choices based on your own style and the needs of your organization.

Drawing professionals from many settings and a range of experiences, Resilience in Practice stimulates a rich interchange of ideas in which participants learn from one another.

Resilience in Practice far surpassed my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the Wolins' ability to take on controversial questions.

Great energy!
